Mrs. Kuntal P. Shah (B.E.-Chemical)

Having an academic record of merits and gold medals, Kuntal has developed skills of self-learning and organization. She is a strong advocate of Quality, Training and Standardization, and she has inculcated these virtues into the company’s policies. She is the think-tank behind policies, systems and procedures followed by the company. We call her “Finisher” as she gives her expert touch of quality and completeness to all our work. At Industry, her focus is on promoting automation of processes as much as possible, even for SSIs because it can directly increase the level of safety and product quality. At the social front, she feels concerned about the fact that most well-educated women of India do not work until there is a need for earning. We put sincere efforts in providing good education and graduation to our daughters but fail to give them the sense of being educated and the responsibility of utilizing it for the society, for the country and for the world as a whole.
